nad2bin.exe - A utility program for converting NADCON files (*.lla)
to binary structured files used by proj4.

The "lla" files distributed with the WIN32 binary of proj4 (ver. 4.4.6)
need to be processed by "nad2bin" before proj4 can make use of them.

Instructions:

    For each "lla" file in the proj/nad directory (C:\proj\nad), run
    the program as follows at the "DOS" prompt.

    C:\proj\nad> nad2bin.exe < conus.lla conus

    That is, for each "lla" file, make the output name the same, but
    without the "lla" extension.
