Area-constrained surveys were conducted at three point locations (PLOT_NUM) to refine habitat relationships of reptiles and amphibians, and to identify any special status and high-priority species needing more in-depth and long-term monitoring. This data can be used by land managers, consultants, and land owners for research and monitoring.
Area-constrained surveys for reptiles and amphibians in the Sierra Nevada foothills were conducted during the spring of 2004 (March-May) by field crews working for California Department of Fish and Game. The detection locations (including 303 points) occurred in two study areas on public lands in Yuba, Nevada and Tehama Counties.
