Summary

This layer represents injunction areas as defined in Case No: 02-1580-JWS. No pesticide spray areas for specified chemicals near California red-legged frog, Rana aurora draytonii (RLF) habitat. Public Land Survey Sections documented in Stipulated Injunctions were combined with the Final Critical Habitat (4/13/06) to create this layer. Data were created to support Stipulated Injunction Order Case No.: 02-1580-JSW See: http://www.epa.gov/oppfead1/endanger/stipulated-injunction.htm#tab1 and https://www.epa.gov/endangered-species/how-comply-requirements-protect-california-red-legged-frog-pesticides for more information.

Pesticides subject to the injunction:
