The database was designed to address the question of what large mammals and mesopredators use the wildlife linkages and core areas identified in the MSCP Biological Monitoring Plan. This is the initial survey for these areas and provides a baseline for future track monitoring of these corridor sites.
Location of track stations used to study usage of wildlife corridors in the Multiple Species Conservation Program (MSCP) region, specifically the City of San Diego's Northern Area and the City of Poway, in the County of San Diego. The study was conducted from June 2000 through December 2001. Each point represents a discrete monitoring track station located along a transect approximately 1 km long. Wildlife track data were collected at each station.
